Nine teams will contest the 2007 trophy - Conwy Colts; Colwyn Bay Rugby Club; Caerhun; Lex XI; Conwy Celts; Robertsons; Bodelwyddan-Tŷ Fry; St.David's College; Penrhyn Arms.

Round 1 - to be played by Friday 8th June

• Conwy Colts v Lex XI (Alex Owen 53; Paul Thornton 50; Matthew Chinnery 28n.o off 1 over!)

• Lex XI won by 35 runs (pld 30/05/07)

Round 2 - to be played by 20th July

• Lex XI (James Wigzell 33; Luke Regan 16n.o) v Conwy Celts

• Lex XI won by 5 wickets

• Caerhun v Bodelwyddan-Tŷ Fry

• St.David's College v Colwyn Bay Rugby Club

• Penrhyn Arms v Robertsons

• Robertsons failed to raise a team

Round 3 (Semi Finals) - to be played by Friday 3rd August

• Caerhun v Penrhyn Arms

• Caerhun 104-7; Penrhyn Arms 90-9

• Caerhun won by 14 runs

• Lex XI v St.David's College

• St. David's forfeited the match in protest at Management Committee decision 

Monday August 6th is the date set aside for the 2007 Tom Barlow Cup final at Mochdre Cricket Club.
